Captain Meme was the acting head of the 7704th during the planned invasion, with a spotless war record and only slightly marred service record dating back to the 'incident' with Hammer. Known for her no-nonsense demeanor, she never breaks stride except in relation to Hammer. Hammer on the other hand brings on signs of dementia in her, starting with stress and ending with bad surgery and disfigurement.
Her skills in combat are considered so-so, with absolutely no training in heavy artillery, but her medical skills and observational ability have made her a valued resource everywhere else.
